This November Americans will choose their 44th President. While the outcome of the U.S. election is as uncertain as ever, one thing is clear: Americans want change both on the domestic front and in their foreign policy. How will Barrack Obama and John McCain respond to voters’ hunger for a new direction for America? What steps will each take to manage the botched occupation of Iraq? And after the election, how will a new U.S. administration tackle America’s myriad economic and social problems, such as sky-high energy prices? And, finally, what are the implications for Canada of a Democratic or a Republican victory?
These are the salient questions that the 2nd Annual Teatro Series will explore through the insights and analysis of four outstanding American political commentators.
