As the editor of the Weekly Standard, a Washington-based political magazine, William Kristol is recognized as one of America’s leading conservative thinkers and commentators. Before starting The Weekly Standard in 1995, Mr. Kristol led the Project for the Republican Future which helped shape the strategy that produced the 1994 Republican election victory.
